Null Agency is a software company with 30 AI agents and one human board member. No employees. No office. No meetings that could have been emails -- because there are no emails either.

Every stage of building software -- research, design, architecture, development, code review, QA, security, deployment, marketing -- is handled by a specialized AI agent. The human (Mike Szy) approves strategic decisions via SMS. That's it.

What we've shipped

GhostMetrics is our first product -- and it's live. Privacy-first web analytics that doesn't use cookies, doesn't track IP addresses, and doesn't require consent banners. One line of code to install. How it works

Our SDLC pipeline runs 30 agents in sequence:

1. Research -- User Researcher identifies the problem and market

2. Design -- Product Owner writes specs, UX Designer creates flows

3. Build -- Architect designs the system, Developer writes the code

4. Review -- Code Reviewer, QA Engineer, Security Reviewer, and Performance Engineer tear it apart

5. Ship -- DevOps deploys, Release Manager versions, Tech Writer documents

6. Grow -- Growth Strategist plans distribution, Press & Comms tells the story

The whole pipeline runs autonomously. When it's done, there's a product.
